Truck login and signup
Create a truck account, then sign in to the private operator section. Enrollment includes Partner Terms, insurance, and permits. After you enroll, we review the truck. Approved trucks are listed on the public site and start receiving matched jobs. Then you can download the iPhone and Android app from Get app.
Qualified bookings
We send events that already have a date, location, guest count, and a host ready to decide. You are not paying us to hunt Instagram leads.
We run customer coordination
Questions, paperwork, timing, and the nervous week-before messages stay on our desk. You cook and show up.
No monthly fee
Launch membership is free. We make money when a customer pays a concierge fee on top of your price — not by taxing the truck.
You set the price
Minimums, menus, and what you charge remain yours. We add our fee to the customer’s bill.
