You plan the event. We handle the food trucks.

One point of contact to find, book, and coordinate food trucks for weddings, offices, apartments, and everything in between.

Local network

Independent trucks across College Station, Bryan, and Brazos County.

One point of contact

We talk to the trucks so you do not have to market, negotiate, and chase every booking.

Clear concierge fee

Host-Paid events: 10–15% of truck services on your bill. Guest-Paid events: a flat coordination fee of $100 for one truck, plus $50 for each additional truck through five.

How it works

A managed food-truck experience, not a directory you have to run yourself.

  1. 1

    Tell us the event

Date, location, guest count, and how you want people to eat. That is enough to start.

  2. 2

    We build the lineup

We match available trucks to cuisine, capacity, budget, and the realities of the site.

  3. 3

    You approve the proposal

Trucks stay on a hold until you commit. Then we book, confirm, and collect what we need.

  4. 4

    We handle the rest

Arrival times, placement, power, weather, substitutions, and a follow-up after the event.

Service levels

From a single booking to full event food coordination.

Level 1 — Truck Booking

10–15%

You already know the truck. We confirm availability and pricing, handle the paperwork, and keep communication in one thread.

Level 2 — Event Concierge

15%

The primary product. We recommend how many trucks, which cuisines, build the lineup, and manage logistics through the event.

Level 3 — Full Food Coordination

Custom

Multiple trucks, dessert, coffee, late-night food, staging, and dedicated coordination for complex or multi-period events.
