We will recommend how many trucks, which cuisines, and a lineup that fits the site. You approve a proposal — including budget, taxes, and our concierge fee — before anything is fully booked.

Customer Event Services Agreement

Read the Customer Event Services Agreement or download the PDF. Requesting a proposal is not a confirmed booking. Trucks are not fully committed until you approve the lineup and payment terms.

We reply with a proposed lineup and the applicable Host-Paid concierge fee or Guest-Paid coordination fee before you approve. Checks are payable to My Food Truck Concierge LLC.
