The first officially sanctioned food truck in College Station, the first allowed on the Texas A&M campus, and Food Network's America's Favorite Food Truck in 2011. Chef Tai Lee's globally inspired menu — Korean short rib bowls, pulled-pork tacos, seasonal plates — is the truck we book when the event needs more than barbecue and still has to move a campus line.
